Yes. Most private tours include comfortable, air-conditioned transportation with pickup and drop-off from your Bangkok hotel. If your hotel is outside our standard pickup area, we’ll confirm the best meeting option before your tour.

How customizable are your private tours?

Very customizable. We can adjust the itinerary around your interests, pace, food preferences, family needs, and must-see attractions. Your guide can also make changes during the tour when possible.

What happens if it rains during our tour?

Tours generally continue in light rain, which is common in Bangkok. Your guide can adjust the itinerary, add indoor stops, or change the order of activities to keep the experience comfortable.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Yes. We offer family-friendly private tours and can adjust the pace, stops, and itinerary for children of different ages. Please let us know your children’s ages when booking.

What is included in the tour price?

Inclusions vary by tour, but may include a private guide, transportation, hotel pickup and drop-off, bottled water, and selected activities. Each tour page lists exactly what is included.

Are entrance fees and meals included?

It depends on the tour. Some experiences include selected food, drinks, or admission fees, while others allow you to pay directly based on your preferences. Check the individual tour page for details.

Where will my guide meet me?

For most Bangkok tours, your guide will meet you at your hotel. We’ll confirm the pickup location and time before your tour.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy travel periods. Last-minute bookings may also be available depending on guide and transportation availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel a standard private tour at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Custom and multi-day tours require 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after these deadlines and no-shows are non-refundable. If Vetted Travels must cancel due to severe weather or another unforeseen circumstance, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Can you create a completely custom Bangkok itinerary?

Yes. If our listed tours don’t match exactly what you want, we can create a private itinerary based on your interests, schedule, and travel style.
